Login with admin account
After login, Click on Network Setting > WAN
Enter a valid/active MAC address in the field Clone MAC Address(Then click on save.. CPE will restart with the new WAN MAC)

Under Network Setting Menu Choose WAN
Enter a valid/active MAC address in Clone MAC Address field and click on Save(WiMAX CPE will restart with new WAN MAC)

00:23:F8:7D:AD:8D
00:23:F8:7D:A8:9D

Hello, I insert mac address provided by the site, (clone mac address), HES-319m, user id and user password to my leave?, or replacement? , thanks
On Linkem Italy I am a non-business user so there is no public IP address.
Linkem seem to generate an internal IP of 10.130.147.181 with a gateway of 10.130.0.1
I have set up a dyn.dns account to find the public IP address but if I type this in it I can't "see" my router or camera system.
I can see my router if on the linkem network and I type in 10.130.0.1
I have opened the ports for the cameral system but can anybody work out how I could "see" the cameras without subscribing for the business service (with the business service you get a public IP that can be resolved)
Is there a way to use the VPN? The modem can initiate the call out to dyn.dns - is there a way to see the modem behind the linkem NAT?
Are there possibilities to do this with Italian Linkem?
